At 5Js RV, we are committed to client satisfaction!
The NRVIA certified RV inspectors take pride in inspecting RVs using the NRVIA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. If you are ever unhappy with the work of our inspectors, let us know and we will make it right!
Policy
- All customers will be asked to give prior written permission for 5Js RV, LLC, to perform the inspection.
- All inspections are billed on a per job basis with a possible long-distance charge added if the RV is outside our regular service area (you will be informed of this amount prior to an inspection–it will not be a hidden fee).
- The invoice for the inspection must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled inspection or the inspection will be canceled (unless you make other arrangements, in writing, with the inspector).
- Any inspection canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled inspection date/time will be non-refundable (unless you make other arrangements with the inspector, in writing–such as rescheduling the inspection at a mutually agreeable date/time).
- All applicable state and local taxes apply. A $100 service fee will be invoiced on all returned checks.
- 5Js RV, LLC, requires that the owner of the RV being inspected (or designated adult) be present for the duration of the inspection. Accommodations to this policy, in writing only, will be considered at the request of the customer/RV owner.
- 5Js RV certified inspectors will take job specific photos of the RV during the inspection. These pictures are used for the inspection report, training, educational, and marketing purposes. 5Js RV, LLC, agrees not to sell, distribute, or use these photos for any purpose other than listed above.
- For all jobs performed at a secured storage facility, 5Js RV, LLC, requires that the RV owner (and/or the registered renter) to be present for the duration of the inspection and/or for the registered renter to obtain prior written permission from the storage facility owner or manager for us to be onsite. No exceptions. If either of these conditions cannot be met, the RV must be pulled out and placed at a secure location away from the storage facility or be subject to cancellation until such permission can be obtained (subject to the cancelation policy above). Utilities for the RV must be connected to the RV for the inspection to continue (unless prior arrangements are made with the inspector in writing).
Guarantee of Service
5Js RV, LLC, stands behind their inspections. In the event a customer is unhappy with our inspection we are committed to make all attempts to “make it right”. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact 5Js RV as soon as a problem is noted and/or no later than 10 days following inspection.
Cancellations within forty-eight (48) hours of the inspection will not be refunded. (See above.)
